Data Analyst Trainee

You will be joining as a Business Analytics Reporting / ETL Developer focusing on end-to-end BI projects. After a 4-month training period, you will engage in various tasks including data consolidation, data modeling, reporting, and visualization development. This role will provide you exposure to client interaction and supporting leads in fulfilling client needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide assistance in data analytics and BI deployments - Document specifications, conduct data validation, and ensure quality checks - Develop extraction, transformation, and loading scripts - Test and validate data against requirements and source data - Design and create dashboards - Publish and schedule business and operational reports **Qualifications Required:** - Commitment to stay with the company for a minimum of 2 years post the training period - Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is essential - Strong written and oral communication skills - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is advantageous - Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with remote clients - Attention to detail, well-organized, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines consistently - Proactive, with a sense of ownership towards assigned tasks The company is seeking candidates with educational qualifications such as BCA, B.
