• Thinks of firewalls the way others think of seatbelts — essential, not optional.
• Can spot vulnerabilities faster than we can spot bad coffee in the office.
• Believes security isn’t about paranoia, but about trust.
• Can translate geeky security stuff into “don’t worry, you’re safe” for the rest of us.

• Keep our app and infrastructure safe from the kind of people who think hacking is a personality trait.
• Run penetration tests (ethical, of course).
• Set up guardrails so our users’ chats, moods, and journals stay theirs alone.
• Work with our engineers so security isn’t bolted on at the end, but baked in from the start.
• Help us stay on the right side of GDPR, DPDP, and all the other acronyms.
• Jump in fast if something ever goes wrong — and help us learn from it.

• A few years of real-world experience keeping apps, clouds, and networks safe.
• Comfort with tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners (bonus points if you can explain them to us like we’re five).
• A good grasp of encryption, authentication, and secure coding practices.
• Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are cool, but we care more about skills than badges.

• You’ll be shaping the security foundations of an AI product that’s going global.
• You’ll get to work in a small, fast-moving team where your voice actually matters.
