Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Support Associate, Blended Process (Hybrid mode)

Work from Home with occasional visits to office location

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation preferred.

Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Candidates from Mumbai location will be preferred.

Willingness to visit the office occasionally as per business requirements.

Mandatory System requirements:

Windows 10 Laptop with good internet connectivity preferably Wifi and a power Backup.

Salary Structure:

Freshers: 19,000 in-hand. CTC- 21K

Experienced: 24,000 in-hand. CTC-26k

Work Shifts:

10 hours per shift (9 am to 9 pm any )

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for a blended process role. The candidate will handle both voice and non-voice interactions to provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:'

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.

Provide product/service information and support.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

A customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
