Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain customer interaction records in the system accurately.
  • Provide product/service information to customers when needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduation is mandatory (Any discipline).
  • Completed internship in customer service/support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and handle customers professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
