Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell health insurance/ life insurance policies to customers, explaining benefits, coverage, and exclusions
- Meet sales targets, build customer relationships, and stay updated on industry developments- Handle customer queries, facilitate policy purchases, and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

- Comfortable with outbound sales and meeting targets
- Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills- Strong communication and sales skills- Basic knowledge of motor insurance products and regulations

- Issue insurance policies to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and process insurance applications, quotes, and endorsements- Collaborate with other teams to resolve policy issues and improve process efficiency

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations- Experience in insurance issuance or a related field is preferred

Additional Skills:

- Familiarity with insurance software and systems
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools- Ability to meet productivity and quality target
