You will assist clients with inquiries, account management, and technical support, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and escalating priority issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. It is essential to stay updated with product and industry knowledge to provide accurate information to clients and contribute to their success in the forex trading realm. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills and be a graduate candidate. This role is open to both freshers and experienced individuals, with a requirement to work in rotational shifts. The job entails handling a chat process, working 6 days a week, and offering a salary ranging from 21K to 23K CTC. The location for this full-time position is in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
