Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer interactions efficiently and ensure excellent service delivery across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Process customer accounts and manage related documentation.
• Follow company communication procedures, service guidelines, and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Proven customer support or client service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in Telecom, BPO, or Telesales industry will be a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
