You will be responsible for providing seamless experience addressing customer's query or issues over the phone.

Candidates completed BBA, B.Com, M.Com, MBA will be preferred. Must have good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
Have sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
Improve the customer experience by ensuring that the customers issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
