We’re Hiring: Customer Relation Executive

Location: Kannur
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to provide exceptional service to students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student/parent inquiries via phone, mail, and in person
Provide accurate information about our courses and services
Maintain positive relationships with students and stakeholders
Assist with admission and enrollment processes
Follow up with prospective leads and ensure smooth communication

Requirements:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
Prior experience in customer relations/academic counseling is an added advantage
