CRM Functional Support L3

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and business processes, with a proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions. You will be responsible for leading CRM implementations, providing functional expertise, and ensuring successful adoption of the CRM system within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering to identify opportunities for CRM system improvement.
• Design and configure CRM solutions to meet business needs, including data mapping, workflow configuration, and customization.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system quality and performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on CRM system functionality and usage.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of CRM with other systems.
• Manage CRM system enhancements and upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CRM Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM system functionalities, including sales, marketing, and customer service modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM implementation methodologies and project management.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific CRM platforms (e g, Microsoft Dynamics) for a minimum of 4-6 years.
• Certification in CRM or related technologies.
• Experience in a specific industry (e g, financial services, healthcare, retail).
