Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to address client inquiries related to our wires and cables products. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a genuine enthusiasm for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding wires and cables products, installation, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product performance, compatibility, or installation.
• Assist sales and engineering teams with product specifications and technical requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions provided, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Offer technical training and resources to clients and internal teams as required.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and address product concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in wires and cables technology to ensure accurate and up-to-date support.

• 0–2 years of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the wires and cables or electrical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, E&I, Mechanical, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of wires and cables products, industry standards, and applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
