Expertise in programming on Siemens TIA Portal V13 and above versions along with HMI and allied devices .
New programs creation in PLC, new Screens creation in HMI, link the Tags, I/Os, interlock with VFD (Siemens, SEW) and other devices.
Develop and improvise the existing PLC, HMI & related logics and support for the virtual commissioning activities.
Trouble shoot production line automation issues.
Hands-on experience in Siemens TIA Portal PLC & HMI programming.
Experience in field communication Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IE, CC Link.
Hands-on in Siemens PLC SIM software platform
Knowlegde in SIMENSE Virtual commissioning - How to perform, input to the virtual communication.
Knowledge in handling verify the E plan drawings, control panel circuits, power wirings.
Hands-on experience in Siemens TIA Portal PLC & HMI programming.
Siemens TIA portal, Allen Bradley PLC & HMI softwares. Simulation softwares
Willingness to work in North america time & Europe time lines. Willingness to work in shifts, extending work hours (when necessary), week ends etc. Willingness to accept other job responsibilities as and when needed. Lead the team of 3-5 members and reports, represent in meetings with effective communications Project management and supervision skills
