Contracts Processor

As a Contracts Processor at Qualifacts Systems, your role involves processing various contract documents and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your responsibilities include: - Processing Service Change Forms, Statements of Work, Amendments, Vendor agreements, and other contract documents for Qualifacts Systems" three platforms. - Developing, routing, and processing Customer Amendments as required. - Conducting reviews and QA checks on Salesforce dashboards to ensure all contracts are processed and nothing remains outstanding. - Maintaining Customer contract folders with proper naming conventions and ensuring all contracts are saved. - Providing detailed supporting documentation to internal teams, such as copies of contracts and usage reports for the InSync platform. - Creating templates for New Logos and Renewals for other analysts. - Completing other assigned duties and ad-hoc analysis. - Cross-training to serve as a backup for other functions within the group. As a Contracts Processor, the qualifications required for the role are: - A Bachelor's Degree and/or related work experience. - 1-2 years of previous related experience. In addition, the key knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this role include: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet SLA deadlines. - Detail-oriented and process-focused with a strong focus on accuracy. - Customer-first mindset with the ability to interface with customers visually, verbally, and in writing while adhering to Contracts Department Core Values. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. - Comfortable working with enterprise software, specifically Salesforce.com. - Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders in various departments.
