QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND Educational Qualifications: The candidate should possess a B.E. or B. Tech degree in Chemical Engineering. Candidates with M.E. / M. Tech / PhD in Chemical Engineering will be given preference. The candidate should have acquired all graduate and postgraduate degrees from a reputed college / university with a minimum of 60% marks at each level. Experience: The candidate should have at least 5-10 years of experience in R&D of a continuous process industries like Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, and Fertilizer Plants etc. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in leading a team of more than two engineers / scientists. Hands on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, D365, Infor, etc. Proficient in English language (verbal and written communication) and MS Office Suite. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a master's degree in engineering or MBA preferred. Procurement and or Quality Assurance certifications preferred.
