Job Description

Driving the
vision of instructional excellence and leadership development
by building the capacity of TFIx Fellows and Program Managers to coach, reflect, and lead Self, Others, and India
Supporting Entrepreneurs in
building robust systems
for time, team, and project management by modeling planning, execution excellence, and fostering collaboration across the post-incubation network.

Coaching & Capacity Building (40%)

Designing and facilitating
contextual capacity-building workshops and coaching spaces
for Fellows, Program Managers, and Entrepreneurs focused on instructional proficiency and leadership.
Supporting the design and
implementation of
simple, actionable
M&E frameworks
to track student and Fellow outcomes, analyze data, and build continuous feedback loops for stronger programmatic decisions.

Curriculum implementation (30%)

Implementing
the
Fellow and Student Curriculum
for strong learning outcomes through goal-setting, progress monitoring, and structured program support.
Creating and leading an
ecosystem of support for TFIx teams
that accelerates student learning, Fellow and team development through strategic planning, coaching, and resource alignment.

As a Consultant at Teach For India

Contributing to
the team goals and priorities
beyond individual goals and priorities.
Serving as an
ambassador of the Teach For India brand
and an advocate for our work and for educational equity in our country through both internal and external communication after commiting time in our classrooms to understand our work more deeply.
Supporting with key organizational areas such as
Recruitment, Selection, Fundraising, Volunteering, Movement Building.
