Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Configure company profiles, preferences, and HR/payroll policies (onboarding, job codes, leave plans, etc.)M
aintain core tables related to taxes, deductions, earnings codes, and business rules.
Collaborate cross-functionally on payroll configuration initiatives and resolve system issues.
Support compliance and tax operationsmanage direct deposits, offboarding, state new hire reporting (especially CA), and more.
Administer general deductions and non-recurring charges tied to product initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy using tools like the Front End Audit Report (FEAR).
Handle workflow tasks within the Client Data Change Management (CDCM) function and associated Solution Centers.

Preferred candidate profile

Working knowledge of systems like PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a solid grasp of payroll compliance.
FPC or SAP Payroll certification (preferred).
