Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Configuration Analyst to support the configuration and customisation of our client flows.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of business processes, configuration management, and system integration. Prior experience with MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems will be considered a significant asset.

Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective optimal performance and quality.
Perform system configurations, data migrations, and customisations to support evolving business needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure configurations align with organisational objectives and compliance standards.
Test and validate configurations, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Document configuration changes, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of configured solutions.
Contribute to the enhancement of configuration management practices and methodologies within the team.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in
configuration/development
Strong understanding of
MS dynamic 365
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-have Skills

Experience with Power BI integration
Understanding of scripting languages
