Configuration Analyst

Role: Configuration Lead

Role Summary:

Lead and manage end-to-end configuration and implementation of healthcare administration products, ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams while mentoring the configuration team and ensuring process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product configuration and implementation within timelines, budgets, and SLAs.
• Mentor configuration teams and enforce best practices.
• Configure Core Admin systems for Claims and Clinical Operations.
• Plan and execute Agile sprints (backlog grooming, planning, demos).
• Review configurations for compliance and maintain gold environments.
• Coordinate with Integration, Conversion, and Testing teams.
• Provide project status updates, manage risks, and support client demos.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve product functionality and adoption.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 5–8 years in Healthcare Product Implementation or Configuration Leadership.
• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare/Payor systems.
• Hands-on expertise with configuration, setup, and deployment of healthcare products.
• Experience with

  HealthRules Payor

  (preferred).
• Deep understanding of Claims, Member/Provider, and Clinical Operations.
• Proficient in

  Agile

  ,

  DevOps

  , and

  CI/CD

  processes.
• Familiar with

  cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
