Community Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Community Manager to build, grow, and nurture our online and offline communities. The Community Manager will act as the bridge between the brand and its audience, fostering meaningful relationships, driving engagement, and creating a strong sense of belonging among members.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the community across platforms (social media, forums, groups, events, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback.
• Create, curate, and share content that resonates with the community.
• Moderate community discussions to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
• Organize and manage community events (online webinars, meetups, AMAs, offline gatherings).
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to integrate community feedback into business decisions.
• Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Build relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and ambassadors.
• Stay up-to-date with community-building trends, tools, and best practices.
• Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or Customer Engagement Specialist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to craft engaging content.
• Proficiency with community management tools (Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience with analytics tools to track engagement and growth.
• Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
