CNC Operator & Setter

As a CNC Turning Machine Operator and Setter in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Ambattur), your role involves setting up CNC machines according to specifications and ensuring optimal output. You will be responsible for loading raw materials, monitoring machine operations, adjusting settings, inspecting finished components, and maintaining equipment while following safety protocols. It is essential to have proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator, the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds, as well as familiarity with quality control procedures. Your attention to detail will be crucial in this role. Qualifications required for this position include ITI, DME, or BE in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering. Experience in operating CNC machines is preferred, along with a strong attention to detail. The salary ranges from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per month, with additional incentives such as Attendance Bonus, Double Machine Incentives, and Four Machine Incentives.
