CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection and Measurement: Performing first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of CNC-machined parts using tools like micrometers, calipers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
• Specification Verification: Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure products conform to required standards and tolerances.
• Data Recording: Documenting all inspection findings, measurements, and test results in detailed reports and quality databases.
• Defect Identification & Reporting: Identifying non-conforming parts, flagging defects, and reporting them to supervisors or the production team.
• Process Improvement: Recommending adjustments to production processes and offering advice on how to correct issues and improve overall product quality.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring measurement and inspection equipment is calibrated and functioning accurately, calling for repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Collaboration: Working with production, programming, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Compliance: Verifying that products meet industry standards, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Aptitude: Strong technical and mechanical skills, with a solid understanding of CNC machining processes and equipment.
• Measurement & Inspection: Proficiency in using a variety of precision measuring tools and automated inspection equipment.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for accurate measurements and thorough inspection.
• Computer Skills: Experience with computers, including potentially quality databases and software for data input.
• Physical Stamina: The ability to handle the physical demands of a manufacturing environment, which may include standing or moving parts.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with other team members.

Experience - Minimum 3 to 5 years

Job Timing - 8:00am to 8:pm (one hour lunch break)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
