CNC Machine Operator

You are a skilled CNC Machine Operator (Machinist, Turner, Fitter) responsible for operating and maintaining CNC bending and cutting machines at GLOBAL INDUSTRIES, a Panelboard Manufacturing Unit located in Mavelikara, Alappuzha, Kerala-690101. Your primary tasks include operating CNC bending/cutting machines, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, setting up tools and workpieces, performing quality checks, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and ensuring a clean workspace while following safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC bending/cutting machines as per daily production plans - Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications - Set up tools, dies, and workpieces according to design requirements - Perform quality checks and maintain dimensional accuracy - Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain logbooks - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace Qualifications: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field - 13 years of experience operating CNC machines (bending or punching preferred) - Freshers with technical training may apply - Ability to understand technical drawings and machine settings The salary offered for this position ranges from 12000-22000 per month and is negotiable based on experience. This is a Full-Time job with 2 positions available at GLOBAL INDUSTRIES. Additional benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is in the Day shift with the availability of a performance bonus.
