Job Description

Job Location :
Dobbspet, Bangalore

Role & responsibilities:

Highly skilled in PC-DMIS Software (Hexagon machine)
Program Development :
Create & modify CMM Programs using PC-DMIS Software (Hexagon machine ) to inspect parts based on Engineering drawings and CAD Models
Machine Set Up and Operation :
Set up & operate CMM Machines to perform accurate measurements and inspections
Quality Assurance :
Ensure Measurements meet Design and specifications and Industry standards
Troubleshooting : Diagnose
and resolve Issues with CMM Programs and Equipment to minimize Downtime
Collaboration:
Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality control teams to optimize Inspection Processes
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of Inspection results, program changes and Calibration data
Training:
Train and support junior programmers and Operators in using CMM Equipment and software

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years experience in CMM Programming and Operation

Technical Knowledge -Strong Understanding of GD&T, CNC Programming and inspection techniques

Analytical skills -ability to interpret complex blueprints and CAD DATA

Attention to detail

Communications : effective verbal and written communication for cross functional collaboration
