Cloud Engineer

• We’re looking for a hands-on AWS Cloud Engineer to join our infrastructure team with a focus on day-to-day operations, support, and maintenance of our cloud environments. This role is operations-focused, working closely with infrastructure, support, and application teams to ensure stability, performance, and security of our AWS workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily support, maintenance, and monitoring of AWS infrastructure and services.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for cloud-related issues.
• Manage routine tasks such as EC2 maintenance, backups, patching, and resource tagging.
• Monitor system health and performance using CloudWatch and other observability tools.
• Maintain IAM roles, security groups, S3 bucket policies, and VPC configurations.
• Support internal teams with access requests, configuration changes, and environment provisioning.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and App Support teams where necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing AWS environments in an operational/support capacity.
• Solid knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.).
• Experience with Linux/Windows server administration in the cloud.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (CloudWatch, SNS, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud security, patching, and access control.
• Comfortable working with ticketing systems, change control, and operational runbooks.

Nice to Have

• AWS certification (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Administrator).
• Scripting skills in Python for automation of common tasks.
• Experience in regulated environments (insurance).
• Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts in AWS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹572,090.95 - ₹1,222,283.53 per year
