Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    large-scale Wintel operations

    (servers, storage, virtualization, backup).
  • Oversee

    cloud infrastructure

    (AWS or Azure) and ensure stability.
  • Govern networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches/routers).
  • Ensure compliance with patching, antivirus, VAPT, and IT security controls.
  • Drive ITSM processes aligned with

    ITIL framework

    .
  • Manage vendor/OEM escalations and supplier governance.
  • Lead and mentor teams of technical SMEs.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent).
  • 12+ years in IT infrastructure with focus on

    Wintel & Cloud

    .
  • Certification in

    Microsoft Active Directory/Server (2008/2012)

    .
  • Hands-on

    AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure

    experience.
  • Strong ITSM/ITIL framework knowledge.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale IT operations teams.

Good-to-Have

  • PMP certification.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOX, PCI DSS standards.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, SCCM, SCOM, clusters, proxies, antivirus.
  • Skills in scripting and automation.
