Job Description

As an AI/GenAI Engineer at NTT DATA, your role involves implementing cutting-edge AI solutions using cloud platforms, with a focus on ServiceNow modules like CSM and virtual agent development. You should possess strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement and deploy AI/GenAI models and solutions on cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and Google Vertex AI - Design, develop, and deploy virtual agents using SN agent builder - Integrate ServiceNow with external AI systems for seamless functionality - Assist in developing agentic AI systems on cloud platforms for autonomous decision-making - Implement cloud-native vector databases for efficient similarity search in AI applications - Evaluate and optimize cloud-deployed generative models using metrics and fine-tuning techniques - Apply security practices for cloud-based LLMs including data encryption and network security configurations - Support client engagements by implementing AI requirements and contributing to solution delivery - Build scalable and efficient cloud-based AI/GenAI solutions according to architectural guidelines - Develop and fine-tune AI/GenAI models for specific use cases like NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics - Conduct testing, validation, deployment, and maintenance of AI/GenAI models in production environments **Requirements:** - Education: Bachelor/Master's in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields - Experience: 3-5 years in engineering solutions, with 2 years of experience in ServiceNow and SN agent builder - Proficiency in cloud AI/GenAI services across major cloud providers - Experience with cloud-native vector databases, SN modules, and security measures for cloud-based LLMs - Strong programming skills in Python or R - Strong understanding of cloud platforms and best practices for deploying ML models - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Nice to have: Experience with serverless architectures and ReactJS The workplace type is Hybrid Working, and NTT DATA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.,
