Job Description

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end client queries and ensuring resolution in a timely manner. This includes responding to client emails within defined timelines and adhering to SLA and defined processes and client expectations. Additionally, you will assist in solving challenging client requests or issues, provide suggestions, and escalate as needed following the escalation matrix. Experience with Freshdesk Ticketing tool is required for this role. Handling inbound and outbound client calls as necessary and providing support to achieve resolution will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you must be a minimum graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Power-Point and MS-Excel is required. Networking and building relationships, time management, organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and being deadline-driven and initiative-taking are essential for success in this role. You should be able to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations and work both independently and collaboratively. Providing excellent customer service should be a top priority for you in this role.,
