Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements ensuring compliance with applicable standards (e.g., Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS)
Auditing & Compliance
Lead internal and external audits; evaluate internal controls; ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Taxation & Regulatory Filings
Oversee direct and indirect tax computations and filings; support tax planning and compliance with Indian laws.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
Assist with the development of budgets and financial forecasts; monitor performance against plans and provide variance analysis
Risk Management & Internal Controls
Establish and monitor financial policies and controls; assess risks related to operations, regulatory compliance, and finance.
Strategic Financial Advisory
Deliver insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy .
Process Improvement & Systems
Streamline finance processes, introduce improved workflows, and implement enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
