Procurement Schedule

Prepare detailed schedules for all
construction phases
.
Establish and manage the
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
.
Manage
Activity IDs
and
Activity Code structures
.
Coordinate and conduct
weekly follow-up
on production planning.
Review and analyze schedules from subcontractors from a logical and contractual perspective.
Monitor project progress and provide support for
monthly progress reports
.
Deliver
weekly presentations
on work progress.
Prepare
weekly schedules for manpower, machinery, and material
.
Support with
kick-off meeting presentations
.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience
as an MEP Planning Engineer.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Primavera P6
(mandatory).
Experience in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
Excellent knowledge of planning methodologies, WBS, and construction scheduling.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
