Job Description

As a key member of the Capital Planning and Management division at Citigroup, you will play a vital role in owning and overseeing the enterprise-wide capital planning and management processes for Citigroup and its legal entities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the integrity and efficiency of Citigroup and CBNA capital profiles, both in actual and forecasted scenarios, across various capital continuum levels such as BAU and simulated stress environments consistent with CCAR and QMMF assumptions. Your primary focus will involve managing the design and execution of capital planning processes for RWA and capital actions, including dividends and buybacks, for Citigroup, CBNA, and other regulated entities. This will entail determining capital targets, forecasting Risk Weighted Assets and capital levels, as well as proposing dividends and buybacks. You will collaborate extensively with the Controller and the controller team responsible for calculating and reporting RWAs. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing actions impacting RWA, buybacks, and dividends to ensure compliance with required capital targets. This includes establishing RWA and GSIB capacities, monitoring adherence to guidelines, identifying the need for changes, and recommending and gaining approval for any modifications through appropriate governance forums. Furthermore, you will lead the design and execution of stress testing processes, including ICAAP and Quarterly Multi-Quarter, Multi-Scenario Forecasting (QMMF). This involves determining scenario objectives, developing CCAR/QMMF models, executing forecast calculations, analyzing key risk drivers, and assessing implications for balance sheet composition and risk management. As a Lead Analyst, you will support the strategic direction of capital planning and management processes, contributing to the overall efficiency, productivity, and control of revenue areas. You will deliver analytics, conduct financial analysis, assess risk drivers, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Your work will have a significant impact on the overall performance of the function and job family. To qualify for this role, you should have 6-10 years of relevant experience, knowledge of banking products/systems, and familiarity with capital rules and regulations such as CCAR, Basel III, and Federal Reserve Supervisory Assessment of Capital Planning. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this position. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. If you are passionate about capital planning and management, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Citigroup.,
