Role Overview: As the Camp Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of camp operations, including program planning, staff management, safety protocols, and camper well-being. Your strong leadership presence, exceptional organizational skills, and passion for youth development will be crucial in shaping the camp's culture and ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design camp curricula, activities, and schedules to meet the needs and interests of campers. - Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate camp staff, including counselors, activity specialists, and support personnel. - Oversee daily camp operations, including logistics, safety, and maintenance. - Manage camp budgets, financial operations, and fundraising efforts. - Coordinate with parents, campers, community organizations, and other stakeholders. - Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff, adhering to regulations and policies. - Handle emergency situations and address concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract campers and promote the camp.
