CAD Designer

You will be responsible for developing original tile, Jali, and GRC designs that meet project requirements and client specifications. This includes creating visual concepts, sketches, renderings, and prototypes. You should stay updated on current design trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques related to tiles, Jali, and GRC. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with internal teams (manufacturing, marketing) and external partners (clients, suppliers) to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency. Participate in client meetings, gather feedback, and refine designs based on input. Additionally, maintain organized documentation of design processes, materials, and project timelines. You should have expertise in relevant design software such as 3DMAX, CAD, and 3D modeling software. Problem-solving skills are essential to identify and resolve design challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with diverse teams. It is important to have in-depth knowledge of different tile, Jali, and GRC materials and their properties. Understanding product design principles and user-centered design is crucial, as well as being aware of current design trends and market demands. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
