To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant software development experience. Hands-on development experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Java is essential, as well as a strong understanding of Algorithms & Data Structures and system level programming on Linux/Windows. Knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Perl, and experience with software development tools and version control systems would be advantageous. Furthermore, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities, are key requirements for this role. A proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance are also essential qualities.
