Business Systems Analyst-Salesforce

The role at PTC offers you the opportunity to join the Salesforce Platform team and contribute to the development and maintenance of innovative solutions supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments. As a member of the team, you will design and develop new capabilities on the Salesforce Platform, enhancing business operations and driving value across departments. You will collaborate with team members to prepare technical solution designs and participate in Agile development processes, including story grooming, sprint planning, reviews, development, and unit testing. The role requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, a solid understanding of Salesforce administration including Lightning framework and Sales Cloud, proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and other Salesforce development technologies, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. You will be part of the IT Global Business Services (GBS) group within the Salesforce Platform team. The GBS team focuses on business process automation and information services for PTC, responsible for architecture, design, development, administration, support, project management, and governance of business applications.
