Skilled in using Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, and account management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple operational tasks.
Quick to learn and adapt to new business and software tools.(e.g., Cloud Calling, Zoom, WebEngage, Task Management Tools)
Self-motivated and proactive in supporting process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach to maintaining accurate records and configurations.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, including a willingness to extend work hours when required.
Basic problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot tool-related issues independently.

Manage day-to-day operations of business tools, including Cloud Calling, WebEngage, Zoom, and Task Management platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for account setups, access management, and tool configurations.
Handle tool-related requests such as number changes, spam resolution, bot setups, and SSO link updates.
Maintain accurate records of tool usage, access logs, and operational data.
Support webinars, live sessions, and automation workflows as per business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless tool functionality and process alignment.
