Business Intelligence Architect

As a Lead BI Engineer/BI Architect with 6+ years of experience in Power BI and a total of 10-18 years overall experience, your role involves various duties and responsibilities to drive business analytics development, strategic collaboration, data stewardship & governance, automation & efficiency, insights & storytelling, advanced analytics, tool ownership, people-centered design, agile delivery, and more. You will be leading the design and delivery of end-to-end data solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards tailored to meet the needs of business partners across functions. Additionally, you will collaborate strategically with business leadership and COEs to understand their requirements and transform them into data strategies and products. It will also be your responsibility to ensure data quality, consistency, and security in compliance with privacy laws and internal governance policies. Your role will involve creating scalable pipelines and automation to streamline the delivery of recurring business metrics and eliminate manual reporting. You will need to translate complex data into actionable insights using visual storytelling techniques that inform strategy and engage stakeholders at all levels. Furthermore, you will support initiatives such as workforce planning, compensation analysis, and predictive modeling by collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Talent Analytics teams. As the lead, you will be responsible for deploying and optimizing BI tools like Power BI or Tableau for HR data visualization and partnering with IT to manage backend infrastructure. Ensuring that insights are accessible, equitable, and designed to empower leaders with intuitive, story-driven visuals will also be crucial in your role. You will manage analytics projects using agile methodologies, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure the timely delivery of high-impact solutions. Your experience should include 6+ years of BI, data engineering, or analytics roles, with hands-on development and architecture of enterprise-level BI platforms. Deep knowledge of Power BI, including report creation, data visualization, DAX calculations, and publishing dashboards is essential. Expertise in data modeling, SQL proficiency, Azure ecosystem knowledge, DevOps practices, collaboration tools, and problem-solving skills are also necessary for this role. You should have a track record of driving innovation through automation, optimization, or leveraging emerging technologies such as AI/ML. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Additionally, your ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align analytics work with evolving business priorities will be critical. Adaptability to new tools and technologies to enhance BI capabilities, such as familiarity with Tableau or Looker, is advantageous for this role.,
