We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Bangalore


We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team!


This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationship-building. You’ll be at the forefront of our outbound efforts—generating leads, initiating conversations, and helping convert prospects into long-term clients.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Drive outbound lead generation via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify high-potential targets
  • Personalize outreach and engage prospects through calls, meetings, and on-site visits
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to move leads through the pipeline


What We’re Looking For:


  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or related roles
  • Prior experience in tech or services companies is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
