Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area (Nearest metro- Shalimar bagh)
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

About Us:
We are a fast-growing, creative consumer brand (Papboo) known for our designer stationery and gifting products. We are expanding our team and looking for a confident, persuasive, and enthusiastic Business Development associate to join us in building strong business relationships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients across India
• Pitch products, explain brand offerings, and handle queries professionally
• Follow up on leads, maintain call records, and convert interest into sales
• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and lead nurturing
• Help build and update client databases

Requirements:

• Candidate with 1-2 years Business Development experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Basic English preferred)
• Ability to understand and pitch product features effectively
• Good knowledge of CRM tools or Excel for maintaining records
• Bonus: Experience working on B2B portals (like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.)
