About Us

HOMSIST INDIA is a leading technology solutions provider offering CCTV & Surveillance, Networking, AMC, Intercom, Biometrics, Computers & Laptop Repairs, and Tech Consultancy – all under one roof. We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to expand our client base and establish long-term relationships with corporates, SMEs, housing societies, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporates, housing societies, SMEs, and institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Promote company services – CCTV & Surveillance, Networking, AMC, Intercom, Biometric solutions, and IT services.
• Handle end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Coordinate with technical and operations team for project planning and service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and existing clients (CRM/Excel/Google Sheets).
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and pipeline.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business/Marketing/IT or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, IT solutions, or related industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Assam & North-East.
• Basic knowledge of IT/CCTV/Networking will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
