We work with high-value clients to deliver impactful campaigns across industries. As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a visionary, client- focused Manager Corporate Sales to lead our revenue generation and strategic growth initiatives.

Position Overview

The Manager Corporate Sales will be a team member responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our high ticket-size client base, and delivering strategic advertising solutions across both digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B corporate sales or agency background with a proven track record of leading teams and closing large deals.

Sales Strategy

  • Design and execute sales strategies aligned with IM Solutions' digital and offline advertising growth goals.
  • Identify and penetrate high-value accounts, building a sustainable sales pipeline and achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop pricing models and commercial proposals tailored to client needs and market trends.

Client Relationship Management

  • Engage directly with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers to pitch customized advertising solutions.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and delivering ROI-driven solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital strategy, creative, media planning, and operations teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact.

Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, outdoor media, and BTL activations.
  • Identify new business verticals, industry segments, or regions for expansion.
  • Represent the brand at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in a leading advertising or media agency.
  • Strong exposure to both digital and offline marketing solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in handling high-ticket clients and large-scale campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, strategic thinker with a client-first mindset.

Educational Background

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 institute.
  • Digital marketing and leadership certifications will be a strong plus.

Soft Skills

  • Smart, articulate, and confident in client conversations.
  • High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile and adaptable to fast-paced, target-driven environments.
