Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives. Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals. Conduct competitor analysis and market trend assessments. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive business growth. Track and report on key performance metrics and sales pipeline activities. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
