Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the BPO industry. This role involves generating leads, building client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of BPO services, client acquisition strategies, and the ability to drive business growth in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in voice, non-voice, KPO, and back-office outsourcing services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify target sectors, emerging trends, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and closure.
  • Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business forums.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications in CRM tools.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of BPO industry (voice, non-voice, healthcare, finance, ITES, data entry, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in business development / sales in BPO or ITES sector.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in a BPO/ITES environment.
  • Experience in domestic or international markets (US, UK, APAC preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.

  • Revenue generation & sales target achievement
  • Client retention & satisfaction
  • Proposal-to-deal conversion ratio
  • Pipeline growth and expansion into new markets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹257,344.46 - ₹1,145,531.02 per year
