Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers directly through

  face-to-face marketing and sales presentations

• Promote client products, services, or campaigns with professionalism and integrity
  
• Manage assigned sales territories and achieve daily & weekly business targets
  
• Learn and apply key skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service
  
• Support recruitment, training, and motivation of new sales team members
  
• Develop leadership, reporting, and team management abilities through structured mentorship
  
• Progress into roles involving

  team leadership, client management, budgeting, and market expansion

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates from any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  
• Comfortable working in a

  field-based, people-facing environment

• Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn from the ground up
  
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Kannada or Tamil is an advantage)
