Business Development Associate Intern

As an Intern at College Sarathi Foundation, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of Sales & Customer Engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads and converting them into enrollments through effective communication via calls, emails, and personalized messages. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with prospects, addressing their queries, and closing admissions successfully. Moreover, you will engage with students and parents professionally, providing detailed information about courses and highlighting the benefits of our educational programs. Your role will also involve developing compelling sales pitches for different student segments and ensuring that the messaging effectively conveys the value of our offerings. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify potential students, assist in creating strategies to increase outreach and enrollment numbers, and refine marketing and sales approaches based on insights gathered. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational objectives will be essential. Furthermore, you will be responsible for collecting feedback from students and parents to enhance communication strategies and improve the overall student experience. Monitoring enrollment performance, maintaining organized records of student interactions, and providing regular reports will also be part of your responsibilities. This internship opportunity is for a duration of 2 months with a stipend ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 per month. You will work in a day shift at the designated in-person work location.
