Requirements

As a Business Development Intern, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with potential candidates, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to their career journeys. Here's what you'll be doing:

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging cold-calling campaigns to connect with aspiring tech professionals
Explore candidates' skills and aspirations, making perfect matches between them and outstanding job opportunities
Communicate the exciting value of our roles and what makes Weekday AI a fantastic place to grow
Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a supportive and positive experience
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate interactions
Provide updates and insights about your outreach efforts and candidate experiences

Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Organized multitaskers who pay attention to the details.
