Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions using Salesforce.
  • Conduct pre-sales activities, including creating proposals and presentations, to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide recommendations for process improvements using Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience in pre-sales consulting and proposal creation.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
