Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Building Management Systems Engineer. The role involves overseeing and managing building management systems to ensure efficient facility operations. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining optimal performance of building services, implementing management systems, and collaborating with facility management teams. Daily tasks include system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Management, Building Management Systems, and Management Systems
• Experience in Building Services and Facility Management (FM)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
• Experience with high-performance and sustainable building projects is a plus
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
