The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and accomplishedDirector SAP BTP Architectwith deep expertise inSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)andGenerative AI (Gen AI)to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This strategic leadership role requires a blend of technical excellence, innovation mindset, and business acumen to architect intelligent, scalable, and future-ready SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the architecture & development of SAP BTP strategyleveraging SAP BTP, with a strong focus onAI/ML and Gen AI integration.
Be a Solution lead for Large Deals.
Architect and oversee the implementation ofcloud-native, event-driven, and AI-augmented SAP solutionsacross business domains.
Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business objectives, innovation goals, and industry trends.
Drive the adoption ofSAP AI Core,SAP AI Foundation, andGen AI platforms(e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) within SAP landscapes.
Lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and data scientists across global delivery centers.
Establish and enforcearchitecture governance, security, compliance, and performance standards.
Hands on BTP Experience
Application Architect - should have designed and built CAP / RAP applications and should have experience in SAP technologies like ABAP, Fiori

Required Skills

SAP & Technical Expertise

Extensive experience inSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)includingSAP AI Core,SAP Build,SAP Integration Suite,SAP HANA Cloud, andSAP Event Mesh.
BTP Integration Architect
Deep understanding ofcloud-native architecture,microservices,CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model, andevent-driven design.
Proficiency inDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Generative AI & AI/ML Integration

Hands-on experience integratingLLMsandGen AI platforms(e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) into SAP applications.
Expertise inprompt engineering,AI lifecycle management, andembedding AI into business workflows.
Familiarity withSAP AI Foundation,SAP AI Launchpad, and orchestration of AI services.

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

Proven ability to define and governenterprise-wide architecture strategiesaligned with business transformation goals.
Experience inmulti-cloud environments, hybrid deployments, and SAP extensibility models.
TOGAF or equivalententerprise architecture certificationpreferred.

Leadership & Communication

15+ years in architecture leadership roles with experience managingglobal, cross-functional teams.
Strongexecutive presence, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication skills.
Ability to influenceCXOs, drive innovation agendas, and represent the organization inSAP councils and industry forums.
