Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for international education and a track record of success in managing teams and operations? We are hiring a proactive and experienced individual to join us as a Study Abroad Manager.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the study abroad counseling team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our study abroad services, including identifying new markets, partnerships, and opportunities for growth.

Manage the entire study abroad process, from initial consultation to post-program support, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to quality standards.

Foster relationships with international universities, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance our network and offerings.

Analyze market trends, student preferences, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and improve service offerings.

Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain talented study abroad counselors, conducting interviews, and performance evaluations as needed.

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and outreach strategies to attract prospective clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business Administration, International Relations, etc.). Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the study abroad or education industry.

Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and targets.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and trends in international education.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
