Job Description

Industry: Building Design, Construction, Architecture

KEY Responsibilities:

Develop and manage 3D BIM structural models at different Levels of Development (LOD 100 500).
Prepare structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate structural models with architecture, MEP, and other trades to ensure clash-free integration.
Perform clash detection, model audits, and quality checks using Navisworks or equivalent software.
Ensure adherence to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), industry codes, and standards.
Update BIM models with design revisions, RFIs, and site modifications.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders during coordination meetings.
Provide structural BIM support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in preparing 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM models when required.
Contribute to digital handover deliverables and project documentation.

Required Skills Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in BIM for structural projects.
Proficiency in Revit Structure, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
Knowledge of structural design codes, detailing standards, and construction practices.
Experience with BIM 360, Tekla Structures, or other advanced structural BIM tools (preferred).
Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and AIA guidelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines.
